Opus 4 and 4.1 have been removed from both the Claude web model selector AND Claude Code. Only Opus 4.5 remains. If you have any hardcoded model references, update immediately.

Stop reading entire files to find function definitions. The new LSP tool provides go-to-definition, find-references, and hover docs. Massive token savings for large codebases.

2. Update Structured Output Code to output_config.format

If using structured outputs, migrate from output_format to output_config.format now. Beta header no longer needed, but old parameter format will eventually break.

3. Remove Any Opus 4/4.1 Model References

These models are gone from selectors. Update any hardcoded references to use "opus-4.5" or "claude-opus-4-5-20251101" before they stop working entirely.
